Oven Poached Chilean Sea Bass with Red Tomato Chow Chow

Very easy...

First - preheat oven to 300 degrees
Second - foil line a pan
Third - spray the pan with a pan release spray
Fourth - place the fish in the pan and cover with foil
Fifth - cook for 20 minutes

Place the fish on plate and top with a generous dollop of Red Tomato Chow Chow.
