This is a quick tuna salad recipe that is sure to please!
You can substitute our Artichoke Relish for our Artichoke Chow Chow.
Two cans of tuna - drained well (best to drain in a strainer for 10 to 15 minutes)
Two cold hardboiled eggs - chopped
Two celery stalks - chopped
Two tablespoons of mayonnaise
Two tablespoons of Artichoke Chow Chow
Two teaspoons of lemon zest
One teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl - mix and enjoy!
