32 oz jar of 'Lowcountry Gumbo'
16 oz. container of extra firm tofu (using one of the preseasoned varieties is great)
10.5 oz can of your favorite beans - drained & rinsed (such as black beans or white beans)
1 box of your favorite rice
First - Cook your rice (according to directions on box) and let it sit, covered.
Second - Cut tofu into 3 equal layers.
Third - Grill tofu and dice into 1 inch cubes.
Fourth - Bring your 'Lowcountry Gumbo' to a simmer.
Fifth - Add tofu & beans to the Gumbo and simmer for about 2 or 3 minutes.
Serve over rice & enjoy!!
